The Adult Day Care Aide provides compassionate and professional care to patients in Adult Day Care. This role includes assisting with mobility, meal planning, companionship and ensuring the general well-being of patients. Key responsibilities: Assist patients to ambulate and move around the center. Plan and assist in preparing and serving meals. Provide companionship and support to patients. Promptly report any unusual incidents to supervisors. Respond quickly and responsibly in emergency situations. Perform other tasks as directed by the Administrator and/or Supervisor. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a caregiver. Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR). Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations. Respectful, compassionate and ethical. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical endurance and ability to perform physical tasks. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar functions.
