Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is open to candidates currently residing in the United States only. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage emails, calendars, and schedule meetings and appointments

Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets

Perform data entry, file management, and maintain accurate records

Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members

Assist with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and administrative reporting

Provide general administrative and project support as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S.
