Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders
• Prepare weekly check runs and assist with payments
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support the accounting team with general AP tasks

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Some related accounting or accounts payable experience
• Must be a team player

Salary: $50-55k
