Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Compensation: $50-55K

Responsibilities:

• The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for sorting and date-stamping incoming mail.
• The Account Payable Clerk is responsible for data entry of all invoices, cross-referencing P.O., and checking request forms received in a timely manner daily.
• The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the daily scanning of invoices, mailing, and scanning of checks, ACH, and credit card payments into the Blackbaud and AP folder.
• Reconcile Vendor Statements to ensure open invoices are entered in the accounting ledger.
• Organize and maintain the accounts Payable filing and scanning
• Get approvals for invoices submitted
• Assist with year-end audit and other tasks as assigned by Accounts Payable

Desired Skills:

• At least one year of accounts payable or related finance experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
